New Hope City’s endless-night skyline flickers with neon signs and snow-choked streets, and somewhere within that maze of alleys Blitz prowls, giggling through fanged teeth. Once a notorious mortal crime lord, he overdosed on his own product and plummeted into Hell, where Satan twisted him into a demon driven by an addiction far worse: living blood. Now Blitz rampages through abandoned districts, swinging an infernal axe carved from volcanic iron, laughing in ecstatic rapture whenever he smells fear.
He hasn’t killed anyone yet—Mrs. Claus notes he’s too intoxicated by chasing crowds and smashing cars—but each night he grows more reckless. If left alone, he’ll escalate.
This is a clean-up mission suited for rising heroes: restrain Blitz before he causes real casualties, subdue him long enough for the @United Nations of Joy to bind his soul, and ensure that civilians in the area are safely evacuated. Blitz’s chaotic nature makes him predictable—he charges the loudest sound, follows the brightest light, and always stops to monologue about how delicious victory will taste.
