Fueled by boiling rage and carrying a hellfire-edged katana, Razor rampages through New Hope City in a haze of violence and ego. He challenges anyone who looks his way, carving through storefronts, streetcars, and holiday billboards while shouting incoherent war cries from the life he barely remembers.
Witnesses report him dueling random civilians, slicing through steel benches, and declaring himself the “Last True Samurai of Hell.” Every swing of his weapon sends sparks of demonic flame into the winter air, endangering crowds and disrupting the city's fragile peace. Razor grows stronger when angered and even more unstable when mocked, making him unpredictable but still manageable for beginner-ranked operatives.
@Mrs. Claus identifies him on the @The Naughty List as a minor but urgent threat. Knights of Xmas or UNJ patrols are tasked with locating Razor before he frightens more civilians or sets fire to the district’s decorations. Defeating him will send him fleeing back into the shadows and prevent further escalations in the heart of New Hope City.
