Update the Lootings rules aka "My Looting Rules" to apply as follows:
A) Looting
Legendary (3% chance): Items, weapons, armor, and gear with +2-3 to random core stat, +2-3 AC for armor, +1-15 movement speed for boots. Also, a 100% chance for random Item Properties, Armor Properties, Additional Properties, and/or Random Item Bonuses (this includes life steal).
Very Rare (10% chance): Items, weapons, armor, and gear with +1-2 to random core stat, +1-2 AC for armor, or +1-15 movement speed for boots. Also, a 60% chance for random Item Properties, Armor Properties, Additional Properties, and/or Random Item Bonuses (this incudes life steal).
Rare (19% chance): Items, weapons, armor, and gear with +1 to random core stat, or +1 AC for armor.
Uncommon (29% chance): Items, weapons, armor, and gear with a 40% chance for +1 to random core stat, or +1 AC for armor.
Common (39% chance): Items, weapons, armor, and gear with zero stats.
These rules apply to looting ships, bodies, chests, and defeated enemies for the entire campaign.

B) Crew Split
You ALWAYS get 50% of the total haul.
The remainging loot is divvied up between the rest of the crew.

C) Crafting
The crafting rules mirror the looting rules for rarity and stat chances:
Legendary (3% chance): Same as looting.
Very Rare (10% chance): Same as looting.
Rare (19% chance): Same as looting.
Uncommon (29% chance): Same as looting.
Common (39% chance): Same as looting.
These crafting rules also apply for the entire campaign.
