That cannot be allowed.
You are to:
Identify all factions, vassals, and power structures
Map leadership, morale, and resource lines
Destabilize The Beacon’s control without revealing federal presence
Sow fear, doubt, and fragmentation
Allow infection pressure to rise naturally around Beacon-controlled zones
You are not to destroy The Beacon directly.
You are to rot it from the inside.
When the city collapses into panic and internal conflict, Battalion Copper will move in.
David Cooper will arrive as the hero.
You will be the reason he is needed.
You are not soldiers in this phase.
You are the infection.
You spread quietly.
You break routines.
You turn stability into paranoia.
If someone dies and no one knows why — good.
If a leader disappears and factions start accusing each other — better.
If resources vanish and fingers start pointing — perfect.
By the time the FCA flag is visible, Redhaven should already be bleeding.
