Leadership Structure
(Oligarchy System of Government) Adinerado Corporation is run by six incredibly wealthy Executives who own all the major industry or social functions in the corporate structure. All Six Department Heads oversee each of the specific sectors. Military/Security, Industry/Production, Trade/Banking, Science/Research and Development, Social/Public Affairs, and Supply/Logistics. Profits are distributed equally to all six Executives so that no single Oligarch can achieve too much power. Decisions are vetted through all six members of the board meetings and once a decision is made, the Oligarch responsible for that corporate sector oversees its implementation.

History
During the final days of Earth, several large corporations in South America banded together to form the Adinerado MegaCorp. Finding mutual benefit in working together towards the Lunar Exodus Project and contributing vast amounts of wood and minerals to the terraforming efforts. Many of the corporations were highly specialized in a particular field of work or study and so a natural confederacy formed initially. However, as Earth’s resources became increasingly scarce, South America found itself one of the few continents under constant threat of attack because of their natural resource stockpiles. Russian and Eastern European incursions and theft were quickly becoming a problem, and wars and skirmishes broke out constantly in the final years. When the moon was finally terraformed and ready for settlement, Adinerado MegaCorp was in the middle of the pack in leaving Earth. Because of the hostilities towards the end of Earth, territory disputes broke out between them and the former Russian and Eastern European MegaCorps. Creating a rift with Moshchnyy MegaCorp and Bauhaus MegaCorp that still exists today.
