Leadership Structure
(Feudal Parliament System of Government) Bauhaus Corporation is run by several Noble Houses. Each represented by a Duke in the Board of Lords. Each of the Noble Houses oversees a particular sector of the corporations interests and specializes in a particular field. These Houses are family run organizations so nepotism is the norm. However the Noble Houses are kept in check by the military, which is run by the Queen Regent. Should a Noble House fall out of favor, cease to be profitable, or otherwise fail to take care of their employees they can lose their patent of nobility and their corporate sector seized and given to a new up and coming family. So it is not uncommon for many of the Noble Houses to be in a constant state of vying for influence and control over the corporation.

History
During the final days of Earth, several large family owned and run businesses in England, Germany, Eastern Europe and Australia began to see the end coming. In preparation they made secret pacts to form the Bauhaus MegaCorp. Finding mutual benefit to ensure they were not left out of the Lunar Exodus Project and contributing vast amounts of money and financing to the terraforming efforts. Many of the families had lucrative monopolies in their respective companies and were able to eventually takeover large amounts of commercial wealth through acquisitions and hostile financial takeovers. However, as Earth’s resources became increasingly scarce, Europe and Australia found itself short on natural resources. So, to secure more raw materials a series of wars and skirmishes broke out in South America and Western Europe to try and take them. When the moon was finally terraformed and ready for settlement, Bauhaus MegaCorp was one of the early MegaCorps to leave Earth and the third to settle on the moon. Setting themselves up to be in a very good situation once they arrived. However because of the resource wars in South America and Western Europe a rift was created with the MegaCorps from those areas. Particularly with Adinerado MegaCorp and Luxueux MegaCorp that still exists today.
