Leadership Structure
(Democratic Shareholder System of Government) Capital Corporation is run by a President who oversees everything in the corporate structure. There is also a legislative branch that oversees the various corporate interests and votes policies into place. These positions are all elected, and the term for any leadership position lasts for eight years. Presidents are only allowed one term of 8 years, but legislative executives can serve two terms that don’t have to be consecutive for total for up to 16 years. Every employee in Capital is given one ‘Share’ in Capital stock at birth and each ‘Share’ is worth one vote in the corporate government. Being a shareholder is what makes them a member of the corporation and allows them to participate in the democratic way the corporation is run. More Shares equals more power and influence. Shares can be bought, sold, seized, provided as payment for services, or passed on to children, in whatever ways a Capital employees see fit. All voting events in the company are decided through a highly monitored and highly secure online process.

Architecture
Capital architecture can best be described as a futuristic melting pot of styles and construction. Buildings tend to take influence from the immense number of personal freedoms that Capital employees embrace so there is not any one particular theme. With one exception, they are very proud of the Red White and Blue corporate logo, and those colors and themes tend to adorn a good number of interior and exteriors of their buildings.
Clothing
Capital clothing heavily features synthetic polyesters and cottons. Fashioned in just about every style imaginable because Capital is all about personal freedom of expression. Low end clothing is colorful and often times baggy or sultry. High end clothing is finely tailored and classy.
Food
Capitol cuisine includes just about all varieties and flavors because of the melting pot of cultural influences. However, Capital employees love fast food, and all the most popular dishes can be grabbed on the go. Drinks are usually fruit or tea leaf based, and alcohol favors beer, wine, and all manner of hard liquors.
Culture
Music: Music from Capital covers just about every genre of music from Pop, Country, Hip Hop, Rock, Techno, Classical and more. The music features influence from just about every culture and style imaginable.
Literature: Literature from Capital is diverse. Because personal freedom is so heavily a part of Capital way of life they love to read just about anything and everything. The most popular content is usually detective stories, mysteries, or Wild West frontier type tales.
Entertainment/Theater: Most Television and Movie entertainment from Capital is extremely diverse and is some of the most widespread media in Luna City. Their movies in particular are cultural giants of the industry and cost millions to make. Most Radio entertainment is music and news. Gambling is allowed in Capital areas. Prostitution is allowed in Capital areas. Underground pit fighting is allowed in Capital areas.

Technology from Capital is moderately priced and diverse. Products from Capital are mass-produced on an astronomical scale but are considered affordable and serviceable.
History
During the final days of Earth, in what was the United States of America large tech companies and manufacturing corporations started to see the end coming. In preparation, they lobbied the government for contracts to begin what was dubbed the Lunar Exodus Project. This project was a massive terraforming effort to make the moon a livable and sustainable environment for settlement. Contributing vast amounts of research and development, spacecraft, and construction efforts towards terraforming efforts. Working in tandem with Chinese corporate shared interests they achieved the impossible and mankind was finally able to settle somewhere other than Earth. Through sheer will and pioneer spirit these corporate moguls created the Capital MegaCorp and eventually bought out the governmental oversight, taking full control and essentially rendering the government officials powerless. They were the first MegaCorp to settle in Luna City and helped establish the Luna Municipal and Luna City Police structures to ensure that this monument to human innovation and salvation remained a place where all mankind would be free to prosper. However, during the exodus when resources started getting scarce a series of terrorist attacks from African and Middle Eastern nations attempted to sabotage the project, created a rift from those nations. This carried over into open hostility with the Kulu Shi MegaCorp. Also, after the exodus was completed, the Moshchnyy MegaCorp decision to nuke the remaining governments and people on Earth did not settle well with Capital, and relations have been hostile ever since.
