Leadership Structure
(Communist System of Government) Juxing Qiye Corporation is run by a ruling communist party. All facets of the corporation are run by the Board of Labor executives and led by the Secretary of Labor (SOL). The party sets all policy on prices, production, training, logistics, and wages. With the theoretical goal to create a corporate structure that works towards the common betterment of the company. In reality there is a large amount of corruption and power intrigues throughout the leadership and corporate structure, mostly within the Board of Labor executives as they vie for more power and influence.

History
During the final days of Earth, in what was the nation of China the communist government saw the end coming. In an effort to preserve their way of life and system of government they readily joined the Lunar Exodus Project. This project was a massive terraforming effort to make the moon a livable and sustainable environment for settlement. Contributing vast amounts of cheap labor, spacecraft, and construction efforts towards terraforming efforts. Working in tandem with Capital MegaCorp they achieved the impossible and mankind was finally able to settle somewhere other than Earth. Through sheer will and perseverance the Chinese government went all in on the lunar terraforming and converted their entire civilization over to the Juxing Qiye MegaCorp. They were the second MegaCorp to settle in Luna City and established a strong presence there. However, during the exodus when resources started getting scarce a series of wars broke out with Japan and Taiwan and India that created lasting tensions. Much of India and Pakistan was completely wiped out in the process and entire populations were erased. This caused deep seeded animosity in some of their rivals, most notably with the Saisentan MegaCorp. Additionally, during the initial settlement phases of Luna City, the Luxueux MegaCorp in a very hostile manner started taking over places in the city that were originally designated for Juxing Qiye territory. An insulting and still raw point of contention between the two MegaCorps.
