Leadership Structure
(Theocratic Authoritarian System of Government) Kulu Shi Corporation is run by a religious order. The highest authority is the Supreme Executive Leader (SEL). This individual is appointed for life by a panel of religious clerics called the Assembly of Doctrines. Each member of the panel of religious clerics represents the various religious factions throughout the corporation. Governance and leadership throughout the corporation is handed down through religious law-like instructions called Divine Executive Orders (DEO) and determines how the company operates and business is conducted. Only the current Supreme Executive Leader can make changes or implement new Divine Executive Orders.

History
During the final days of Earth, in what was Africa and the Middle East several large religious organizations started to see the end coming. In preparation, they supported Lunar Exodus Project in hopes that they could carry their religious beliefs into the stars. Being resource and scientifically poor they were not able to contribute much effort towards terraforming efforts. Working in tandem with Western European shared interests they were able to piggyback off of a lot of the diplomatic and spiritual support during the exodus. However, feeling left out of the major decision making by the newly forming MegaCorps, a few of the religions started attacking and sabotaging the Lunar Exodus Project to try and stop it. That caused a lot of tensions with the Capital MegaCorp that still lasts to this day. Because of this, the major religions distanced themselves from the radical fanatics and formed the Kulu Shi MegaCorp to consolidate their efforts. They were the last MegaCorp to settle in Luna City because of the zealotry problems. Also, the Moshchnyy MegaCorp decision to nuke the remaining population on Earth caused a huge religious outrage amongst Kulu Shi employees that still remains to this day.
