Leadership Structure

(Monarchy System of Government) Saisentan Corporation is ruled and run by a single leader who is titled Emperor. The entire company is run by the Emperor and his family members and only members of the royal line are allowed to ascend into the top leadership roles. This has led to a very ritualistic and militaristic system of leadership where everything the Emperor decrees filters down to even the lowest of employees. Loyalty and dedication to the Emperor and the Company are absolute, and anyone not conducting themselves as such, usually finds themselves either exiled or eliminated.

Architecture

Saisentan architecture can best be described as futuristic Japanese style construction. Buildings tend to have Japanese or Zen Garden style motifs. They favor lacquered dark wood finishes and black glossy marble interiors. They like to mix neon and fluorescent lighting into their marble or glass to give things a sleek modern look.

Clothing

Saisentan clothing heavily features synthetic silks and polyesters. Fashioned in dark matte materials. Low end clothing is utilitarian and usually black or red. High end clothing is classy and usually businesslike in nature.

History

During the final days of Earth, in what was the nations in the Pacific such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines the tech and mercenary companies in that part of the world saw the end coming. In an effort to preserve their wealth and way of life several of the larger corporations joined the Lunar Exodus Project. This project was a massive terraforming effort to make the moon a livable and sustainable environment for settlement. These Pacific corporations contributed vast amounts of high-tech electronics, microprocessors, and technological innovation efforts towards the terraforming efforts. Working in tandem with the other corporations they achieved the impossible and mankind was finally able to settle somewhere other than Earth. However, during the exodus, when resources started getting scarce, a series of wars broke out with China and India that created lasting tensions. Much of India and Pakistan was completely wiped out in the process and entire populations were erased. During these wars, a very powerful warlord took control of several of the large corporations in the Pacific, and consolidated them into what is now the Saisentan MegaCorp, then named himself the first Emperor. However, because of the war with China and India, and long-lasting ancient hatreds, there is an unending rivalry with Juxing Qiye MegaCorp that still lasts to this day.
