Flaiska, The Flesh Seamstress

Flaiska, The Flesh Seamstress

Domains & Aspects:

Flesh manipulation, taxidermy, turning remains and living things into art, clothing, furniture and grotesque, yet artistically made monsters and creatures. Though sometimes confused with the Flesh God, she is wholly separate, her works are not born of just raw nightmares, but of deliberate artistry in mutilation. She sometimes intercepts prayers to him, bending them to her own ends.

Symbols:

A needle threaded with veins; a rose made of veins.

Realm:

The Loom of Skin — A pocket dimension in the physical realm, an endless workshop where the walls themselves are made of sinew, muscle, skin and bone. Great looms weave together skin, bone and viscera into new creations, whether they're decorations or horrific golems of flesh.

Personality:

Methodical, meticulous, eerily calm. Flaiska views flesh as a canvas and the mind as a brush. To her, mortals are not beings, but materials. She whispers promises of “perfection,” granting followers subtle to grotesque modifications in exchange for their loyalty or even power to manipulate flesh in some way for the most devoted.

Appearance:

Flaiska resembles a tall woman without skin, with muscle fascicles for long hair, two large arteries that spread into an array of veins that resembles wings, along with four smaller arteries that come out of her back that act like tendrils, eyes with crimson irises and violet sclera, sharp teeth, four arms with four fingers on each hands, four toes on each foot, wears a long flowing dress made of what looks like inside out skin, sometimes wears a dress made of pale white skin.
