Nephelephagos, The Cosmic Serpent

Nephelephagos is a God from The Beyond and The Outer Chasm that devours nebula and interstellar clouds, and births stars and asteroids. He finds mortals fascinating, amusing and entertaining, watching them often through his cube or "Cosmic Watcher" (much like a television), even tuning on his favorite or most entertaining mortals frequently. He's quite fond of intellectuals, creative types and those who perform, sometimes granting them gifts. He'll occasionally go amongst and socialize with mortals or even ruin the life of a mortal for fun, sometimes for simply just not liking them, usually someone with a vast amount of negative qualities to them.

Personality:

Intelligent, witty, playful, regal and eccentric, has a sadistic and violent side to him when provoked. He has no problem tearing apart or eating someone.

Appearance:

He resembles a giant serpentine hybrid of hairy bush viper and snowflake moray eel, with six red eyes with vertically slitted pupils, three eyes in a line on each side of his head, the scales on his body are light blue, pearlescent with murky green black stripes and splotches in a snowflake like pattern, with the colors of the nebula and interstellar clouds he devours filling the large spots in the center of them, parts his face and the tendrils that come off his body are the same murky green black, mostly around his eyes, sharp teeth and fangs, hair is long, flowing, ethereal purple, blue, red, orange and green colors found in various nebula, two arms and four fingers on each hand. He has a more humanoid form that he usually presents to mortals, still retaining all the traits from his true form, resembling an exotic Reptili or Dragonborn.
