Serastra, Goddess of the Void

Serastra, Goddess of the Void

Domains & Aspects:

The void, stars, night, asteroids, meteors, comets, mysticism, outer space, cosmic beauty, mystery, infinity, endlessness, celestial navigation, is the guardian and gatekeeper of The True Void.

Symbols:

A crescent moon surrounded by stars; a star surrounded by smaller stars; constellation fractals; the symbol for infinity, sometimes in the center of a star.

Realm:

The Umbral Sea, is a part of and serves as the primary gate to The True Void. The realm is where the void itself is alive with drifting stars, sprawling constellations, radiant nebulae and streaking comets that leave trails of ghostly fire. The realm appears boundless, as though one is standing inside the galaxy itself. Beneath the nearly invisible glasslike floor stretches The Abyss Realm, where ghostly lights swirl like lanterns lost in black waters. Beyond the far horizon, the veil of the realm thins, where The True Void flows into the expanse like a dark river of eternity, reminding all that Serastra is both its guardian and its embodiment. At the pinnacle lies her sanctum, The Midnight Crown, a large observatory and guard tower carved of star-forged stone and space alloys, set upon a platform of crystalline blacklight glass that holds stars. It's walls etched with endless maps of the cosmos, constellations, astral paths and celestial runes. At the center, a throne woven of voidlight and meteoric crystal. From here, Serastra watches over the flow of stars and the movements of comets, guarding the passageway of The True Void.

Personality:

Serastra is the allure of infinity itself, all at once comforting and terrifying, her gaze like staring into the cosmos itself. She is patient, observant, mysterious, poetic and unfathomable. To mortals, she is both a muse and a mystery, a guide through darkness and endless night, yet also a reminder of how small one is against infinity. Though often distant, she can be deeply compassionate, offering comfort to lost souls who gaze upward at the night sky, assuring them that they are never truly alone beneath the endless stars.

Appearance:

She resembles a tall elven woman with dark, purplish blue skin covered with stars, eyes with glowing irises that show various nebulae and black sclera that has specks like stars, long lunar blue hair, she wears dark blue and black hooded light armor made from materials found in The True Void.
