Shiggaon, The Fractured Muse

Madness, insanity, whispers, nightmares and broken dreams. She is the voice that speaks from the corner of one’s mind, the scream beneath silence, the reflection that twitches when you stand still.

Symbols:

A mask of four faces, usually depicting four emotions; a fractured laughing face.

Realm:

The Shattered Veil, a labyrinthine dream-like realm or pocket dimension, where reality constantly tears and stitches itself back together. Pathways loop back in on themselves, and every door opens into a different nightmare. The sky is a swirling canvas of fractured light, resembling broken glass suspended in infinity.

Personality:

Playful yet cruel, mercurial and contradictory. She whispers secrets in riddles, granting inspiration and terror alike. Her “gifts” often drive mortals insane or into absolute madness or obsession, yet some cultists, artists and prophets beg for her touch, claiming her madness births truth or grants creativity, inspiration or insight beyond what normal mortals can.

Appearance:

She usually appears as a female humanoid with four faces or four heads with slightly long necks, four arms with four fingers on each hand, four legs with four toes on each foot, dark green amphibious skin with neon markings of various colors, four eyes in each heads with the eyes showing a different colored nebula within each head, two vertical slits for a nose, tendrils that flow from her heads like hair and larger ones that come out of her back.
