Realm:

The Drowned Expanse — He does not have his own realm, he resides in a abyss beneath black waters in the ocean on the physical plane, where ancient ruins of an aquatic race that stretch across the ocean floor, lit only by the glow of magic lanterns, left behind ancient technology and alien creatures that swim endlessly around his bulk. His psychic whispers ripple through the currents.

Personality:

Cold, patient, and immeasurably vast. His thoughts are tides that sweep across the minds of mortals, dragging them into servitude. His “voice” drowns individuality, replacing it with an unyielding pull toward the ocean’s depths.

Appearance:

Resembles a giant eel with three eyes with yellow sclera, red irises, pupils of a squid and slitted pupil for the center eye, the center eye being larger than the rest, rows of sharp teeth, tendrils and tentacles cover the top half of his body, has four arms and no legs.
