Realm:

The Gullet Infinite, an extension of himself that is also a pocket dimension, an endless fleshy corridor lined with gnashing teeth and dripping tongues. The deeper one travels, the larger the mouths become, until they are vast enough to swallow mountains.

Personality:

Voracious, primal and never sated. Þūsundimūþ knows only hunger, but cults claim that through feeding him, they are granted “pieces of his endless body” to manifest parasitic power in the mortal world. Fights with Vorath often to be the king of devouring.

Appearance:

Often seen as an abomination of twisted flesh covered in mouths, each mouth having nothing but large molars or sharp teeth, with some mouths having another mouth inside, covering a featureless, six armed humanoid or blob of shifting flesh.
