The Cult of the Watchers

The @Cult of the Watchers is made up of mortals who have surrendered their minds to the whispers of the Watchers. Though they believe they act by free will, every thought and deed is guided by the Watchers’ will. The Watchers send them where they cannot reach themselves, using the cult as living vessels to work around the divine barrier that shields the Imperial City.

In return, the cultists are granted eerie visions and unnatural gifts, becoming relentless agents of their masters. They patrol the @Outskirts Ruins, ambushing scouts and sabotaging defenses. Their presence is a constant reminder that the Watchers’ influence is not only beyond the walls but also within, creeping ever closer to humanity’s last refuge.
