Gathering Hub

Gathering Hubs are locations used by Hunters and Palicoes to converse, take up quests, have some fun, and of course, take on quests and missions. Every single settlement and town in the world of Monster Hunter has a Gathering Hub of some sort, all except for the Royal Territory. Gathering Hubs usually have similiar layouts, with a large desk on one side of the Hub where Guild Receptionists and Guild Merchants stand, waiting for Hunters. A large Quest Board is located on the opposite side of the hub from the desk, where people put up dozens of requests and missions pinned up to the board on pieces of paper. in the middle is always a large, circular table where Felyne Chefs cook meals for Hunters and Palicoes alike, and the rest of the Hub is littered with tables and chairs, barrels for arm-wrestling, and more. The main differences between Gathering Hubs all over the world is their look, atmosphere, and feel. Gathering Hubs are centralised to their settlements look, so a Gathering Hub in Loc Lac City has a more sandstone, earthy design with rooms and attatchments based around dispersing heat, while Gathering Hubs in colder places like Pokke and Seliana are designed for keeping Hunters warm and providing great views. Gathering Hubs also employ local residents, and as such this affects Member behaviour. People like Felyne Chefs and Guild Receptionists in large cities like Dundorma and Loc Lac are used to meeting hundreds of hunters in a day, and would act more professionally. Members in smaller towns in turn would act more casually and would be more open to remembering specific hunters.
