It consists of the remains of the Third Fleet's airship stranded in the Coral Highlands. 90% of the members of the Third Fleet are scholars.[1] 20 years before the game's story, while traveling through a vast canyon, the Third Fleet's airship was knocked out of the sky by a Legiana, causing them to crash-land in the Coral Highlands.[1] The leader of this base is the Third Fleet Master.
