Along with including all of the features of Astera, Seliana has a new Steamworks facility that provides power to the rest of the base. Fuel for the Steamworks can be gathered by hunters by either completing quests or exchanging items and ores for it.
Compared to Astera, Seliana features a more convenient, quicker layout for hunters.
