North of the village Anaid there is rumor of an ancient archive accessed through a cave. This archive is believed to contain lost manuscripts of very potent Cenovian rune magics. Many have gone looking for it, but the location has yet to be discovered.
There is rumor that somewhere in the river that runs through Dindebona there is a weapon that was lost during a river crossing. The weapon is said to be of great value due to being enchanted with strong magics and belonged to an ancient hero. However, the specifics about where in the river it may be, are hearsay at best.
In the forests deep in the southwest parts of the province. There is tales being told that the forest is haunted. There are also rumors that the darkest parts of the forest are infested with large spiders. Nobody has dared venture that deep into the forest to confirm or deny these rumors. Locals would treat whoever dealt with the problem and came back with proof like a hero of folklore.
In the sea waters north of Chamanni there are reports of an Aboleth being sighted. Fishermen and sailors are being cautioned to be careful to avoid it when sailing off the northern coast.
Southeast of Inverpen there is a rumored glade with mythic stories surrounding it. The description of the glade changes depending on who you talk to, but most are in agreement that anyone who finds the glade is usually met by a fairy spirit that potentially grants wishes.
The Empire of Grundar and Cenovia are locked in an ongoing skirmish along the southern border. Trying to cross the southern border in this region will be crossing an active battlefield area. Cenovia holds the northern forest areas, and the Empire of Grundar holds the southern forest areas.
