There are legends that an ancestral axe hidden in a cave deep within the mountains. The axe is said to contain legendary magical properties. However, the location of the cave is unknown, and very few have been able to even determine if the legend is just rumor and hearsay.
The Kingdom of Aldania and the Orc Horde are locked in an ongoing skirmish along the eastern border. Trying to cross the eastern border in this region will be crossing an active battlefield area. The Orc Horde holds the western jungle areas, and the Kingdom of Aldania holds the eastern jungle areas.
The wyvern eggs that can be found in this province are extremely valuable. A hefty sum of gold can be obtained by selling one outside of the Orc Horde lands. However, these eggs are also fiercely protected by the goblins who breed them, and the wyverns themselves.

Off the west coast of the territory there have been sightings of a Kraken. So far, it has remained well out into the deep waters and hasn’t attacked anything. However, sailing vessels have had to hug the coastline to avoid drawing the monster’s attention.
A Behir broke loose from the Fighting Pits and is now roaming the forests. It is a dangerous monster that is still very angry and should not be approached unless looking for a fight.
On the northwest peninsula of the territory there is a magical staff that is in the middle of a circular formation of stones. The stones have ancient runes carved into them and crackle with lightning when anyone or anything gets too close to the location. Near the circle are the bones of adventurers and creatures that did not heed the warnings and attempted to get the magical staff in the middle. Likely fried by lightning when getting too close.
There is an adult Black Dragon that prowls the territory. It is rumored that its lair is somewhere in the mountains, but it has mostly been sighting soaring over the hills and plains of the northern and eastern parts of the territory.
