NCQA School And Quirk Brawl Season

The @National Collegiate Quirk Association (NCQA) (NCQA) academic calendar follows a traditional year designed to balance higher education with competitive hero athletics and national Quirk Brawl schedules.

Classes begin in mid-August and run through early June, divided into two major semesters—Fall Term (August to December) and Spring Term (January to June). During this period, student-heroes juggle rigorous coursework, hero training, and community service alongside their athletic commitments, as the NCQA emphasizes both academic excellence and moral discipline.

The Quirk Brawl season—the most celebrated event in collegiate hero culture—also begins in mid-August, launching just as classes resume. The season spans 15 weeks of high-intensity competition, concluding on Christmas Day with the National Quirk Bowl Championship, the grand finale that crowns the nation’s top collegiate team.

Games are traditionally held every Saturday, drawing enormous crowds both in-stadium and through national broadcast networks. However, marquee matchups and rivalry games occasionally shift to Friday Night Lights or Monday Showdowns, giving the season dynamic energy and media spectacle.

Each week of the season contributes to national rankings, with teams striving for playoff positions in the six major bowl games that determine championship contention. Once the regular season ends in late December, players return home or to their training facilities to rest, recover, and prepare for the Spring Term—where academic standings and hero internships take center stage until the next cycle begins.
