All For One is one of the oldest and most dangerous villains in history. Born during the dawn of Quirks, he used his ability to steal and distribute superhuman powers to establish an enormous criminal empire.
Through manipulation, intimidation, and overwhelming strength, he controlled Japan's underworld for generations. Inspired by the Demon Lords from his childhood comic books, he sought absolute power over society.
His greatest enemy is One For All, a Quirk created through his own actions and passed between generations of heroes determined to defeat him.
All For One's younger brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, opposed his ambitions despite being physically weak.
Believing Yoichi to be Quirkless, All For One forcibly granted him a power-stockpiling Quirk. Unknown to either brother, Yoichi already possessed an ability that allowed him to transfer his Quirk to another person.
These abilities merged, creating One For All.
Although Yoichi eventually died at his brother's hands, his Quirk survived through successive wielders.
For generations, All For One hunted those who inherited One For All, seeking to reclaim the power connected to his brother.
Among his victims was Nana Shimura, the seventh wielder and mentor of Toshinori Yagi.
Her death would ultimately lead to All For One's greatest defeat.

As All Might rose to prominence, he systematically dismantled All For One's criminal empire, defeating his followers and destroying his influence.
Their conflict culminated in a devastating secret battle.
All For One unleashed numerous stolen Quirks against All Might, inflicting catastrophic injuries upon his abdomen and respiratory system.
Much of All Might's stomach was destroyed, and his lungs suffered permanent damage.
Despite his wounds, All Might continued fighting, eventually delivering a devastating blow that crushed All For One's face and skull.
Believing his enemy dead, All Might emerged victorious.
However, the battle permanently weakened him. His injuries required extensive surgery and severely limited the time he could maintain his muscular heroic form.
To preserve society's faith in the Symbol of Peace, the battle and the true extent of his injuries were concealed from the public.
Unknown to All Might, All For One survived.
His longtime associate, Dr. Kyudai Garaki, recovered his mutilated body and preserved his life through advanced medical technology.
All For One lost his eyes and most of his facial features, becoming dependent on specialized breathing equipment. He now relies on stolen sensory Quirks to perceive his surroundings.
Though physically diminished, his intelligence, influence, and enormous collection of stolen abilities remain intact.
From hiding, he began rebuilding his criminal operations.
All For One possesses an extraordinarily dangerous Quirk capable of manipulating the abilities of others.
Quirk Theft: Steals Quirks through physical contact, permanently removing them from their owners.
Quirk Bestowal: Transfers stolen abilities to other individuals.
Quirk Storage: Retains numerous stolen Quirks within his body.
Quirk Combination: Activates multiple abilities simultaneously, creating devastating attacks and powerful defenses.
These abilities allowed him to gather an enormous arsenal of powers and create followers dependent upon his generosity.
Working alongside Dr. Garaki, All For One has secretly developed artificially modified humans known as Nomu.
These creatures are engineered to withstand multiple Quirks, possessing extraordinary strength, resilience, and specialized abilities.
All For One intends to use them as weapons against hero society.
Their existence remains largely unknown.
All For One has selected Tomura Shigaraki as his successor.
Originally named Tenko Shimura, Tomura is the grandson of Nana Shimura, All Might's deceased mentor.
After a traumatic childhood, Tenko was taken in and manipulated by All For One, who nurtured his hatred toward heroes and society.
Now possessing the destructive Quirk Decay, Tomura leads the emerging League of Villains.
All For One secretly guides his development, intending to use him to destroy the society All Might helped create.
All For One remains hidden, recovering from the injuries inflicted by All Might.
Through Dr. Garaki, Tomura Shigaraki, and his remaining criminal connections, he continues manipulating events from the shadows.
All Might remains the Symbol of Peace despite his deteriorating condition, while Izuku Midoriya has recently inherited One For All.
The public knows nothing of the Demon Lord's survival or the threat gathering beneath society's peaceful surface.
All Might defeated All For One five years ago.
But the Demon Lord survived.
And his plans to destroy the Symbol of Peace have only just begun.
