The Ashen Council serves as the governing body of Ashhaven and the recognized leadership of the Tiefling refugees who have settled within Mythea.
Unlike the kingdoms and noble houses of the mainland, the Council was not born from wealth, conquest, or bloodline.
It was born from necessity.
When the first refugees emerged from the rifts ten years ago, survival depended upon cooperation. Food was scarce, shelter was temporary, and danger surrounded them on all sides.
In those difficult early years, a handful of respected individuals stepped forward to organize defenses, settle disputes, distribute resources, and provide hope for a people who had lost everything.
Over time these leaders became known as the Ashen Council.
Today they continue to guide Ashhaven as it grows from a refugee camp into a permanent settlement.
The Council exists to:
