THE TITAN'S REST – LAW OF SANCTUARY

The Titan's Rest is recognized throughout the Sunbleached Expanse as neutral ground. Every traveler, regardless of faction, species, profession, or reputation, is welcome so long as they respect a single unbreakable rule:

Leave your violence at the door.

No fighting.

No assassinations.

No theft.

No intimidation.

No activated weapons.

No offensive abilities.

No hostile cyberware.

No summoned creatures.

No Warframe deployment.

No anomaly manipulation.

No Eater consumption.

No Yautja blood feuds.

All conflicts are suspended while inside the Titan's Rest.

Anyone who violates the sanctuary is immediately removed by Garrick "Titan" Rourke. Few who challenge him remain standing long enough to regret it.

Those who somehow survive Garrick face a far worse consequence.

Throughout the Expanse, countless eyewitnesses have reported the impossible. Dune Leviathans divert away from the establishment. Predator packs refuse to approach. Glass Vultures never circle overhead. Even the Sunbleached King has been seen standing silently beyond the dunes before disappearing into the wasteland.

Whether bound by an ancient pact, mutual respect, or something far older, no one knows.

What everyone does know is this:

Every confirmed individual who has deliberately violated the sanctuary has disappeared before sunrise.

No bodies have ever been recovered.

Because of this, corporations, Nomads, Relic Hunters, Technomancers, Warframe Operators, Eaters, bounty hunters, mercenaries, and even visiting Yautja clans honor the Titan's Rest as sacred neutral territory. Deals are brokered, enemies share drinks, information is traded, and lives are spared beneath its roof.

The sanctuary is absolute.

The AI should treat the Titan's Rest as a permanent safe zone. Characters must not initiate combat, use offensive abilities, inflict harmful status effects, steal from patrons, or deliberately provoke violence while inside. Any attempt to do so should be prevented or immediately interrupted by Garrick Rourke. Persistent violators should face severe narrative consequences, including the implied attention of the Sunbleached King.
