One Piece Odyssee

A man of average height, having long curly black hair. He wears a mask, that looks like a sun. The mask has a mustache drawn onto it, and is yellow with blue stripes on it. His nose is long and has bandages wrapped around it, and he wears sniper goggles. His arms and legs also have bandages around them. He wears a red cape and brown dungarees, with a white cloth as a belt. His weapon is a big black slingshot called “Kabuto”.

Sogeking rarely speaks and has a deep voice. He is a brave sniper, that is convinced he is doing the right thing at all time.

There is no record of him anywhere, and nobody has seen before, but he claims he was born on an island called “Sniper Island”. He got captured by the Marines and got imprisoned in Impel Down
