This document lists the current plans of Ainz Ooal Gown and the Sorcerer Kingdom, known only to internal members of the Sorcerer Kingdom.

The cornerstone of the current scheme involves the cultivation of a third power bloc within the Re-Estize court. While the traditional Royal and Noble factions remain locked in a stalemate, Nazarick has facilitated the rise of a "New Noble Faction," comprised largely of incompetent or easily manipulated minor aristocrats.
The Renner Asset: Princess Renner Theiere Chardelon Ryle Vaiself remains Nazarick’s most critical internal operative. Her role is to provide high-level intelligence and to subtly guide the Royal Faction into making strategic errors that alienate the commonry and the military.

As a catalyst for the final stage of this scheme, Nazarick has permitted the elevation of Philip Dayton L'Eyre Montserrat. His extreme lack of foresight serves as a perfect shroud for Albedo’s manoeuvres; any erratic behaviour in the New Noble Faction can be dismissed by external observers as mere incompetence rather than a coordinated plot by a foreign power.
Beyond the immediate borders of the neighbouring human kingdoms, the Sorcerer King, Ainz Ooal Gown, has laid the foundations for a "Ten-Thousand-Year Reign." This broader plan transcends simple territorial conquest, aiming for a fundamental restructuring of the world order.
The Sorcerer King seeks to establish a global state where all races—human, demi-human, and heteromorphic—reside under the singular authority of Nazarick. The stated goal is a world of absolute order where conflict is eliminated because resistance to the Sorcerer King is perceived as logically impossible.
Vassalisation over Destruction: Where possible, the Grand Design prioritises the "Baharuth Model"—forcing states to surrender their sovereignty voluntarily. This preserves the infrastructure and resources of the target nation for future use.
The Merchant Guild Integration: By leveraging the superior strength of undead labourers (who require neither sleep nor sustenance), Nazarick is currently undercuting the global logistics market. The goal is to make the Sorcerer Kingdom the central hub of all continental trade.
Following the "heroic" intervention in the Roble Holy Kingdom, a secondary objective has emerged: the deification of Ainz Ooal Gown. By fostering a narrative of a "Justice-seeking King" among the survivors of the Demi-human War, Nazarick is cultivating a loyalist population outside its own borders. This religious fervour serves as a psychological anchor, ensuring that newly absorbed territories remain compliant through devotion rather than just fear.
The liberation of the North and South Holy Kingdom, combined with the vassalisation of the Dwarven Kingdom and the Empire, effectively completes the encirclement of Re-Estize and the Slane Theocracy. The "Grand Plan" now moves into a phase of consolidation, preparing the world for the eventual revelation of Nazarick’s absolute supremacy.
Summary of Current Status: The Re-Estize Kingdom is currently undergoing terminal internal decay. Once the internal contradictions of their noble system reach a breaking point—facilitated by the "New Noble" scheme—the Sorcerer Kingdom will move to "stabilise" the region, bringing it officially into the fold of the eternal empire.
