Palworld moves have "Power" and "Cooldown (CT)." Here is how to translate that to D&D dice and limits.
Look at the Power number in your list and use this chart:
Here are 4 iconic skills from your list converted using this system:
1. Ignis Blast (Fire)
Original: Power 30, CT 2.
D&D Version: Cantrip. Ranged Spell Attack. Range 60ft. Hit: 1d10 Fire damage.
2. Draconic Breath (Dragon)
Original: Power 70, CT 15.
D&D Version: Recharge 5-6. All creatures in a 15ft Cone must make a Dex Save. Fail: 4d6 Force damage. Success: Half.
3. Nightmare Ball (Dark)
Original: Power 100, CT 30.
D&D Version: 1/Long Rest. You hurl a giant ball of darkness. Range 60ft. 10ft Radius Sphere. Dex Save. Fail: 8d6 Necrotic damage and the target is Blinded until the end of their next turn.
4. Pal Blast (Neutral)
Original: Power 150, CT 55.
D&D Version: 1/Day (Ultimate). A beam of pure destruction. 100ft Line, 5ft wide. Dex Save. Fail: 10d8 Force damage. The Pal cannot move on their next turn (Recharging).
Passives act as "Feats" that modify the Pal's stats. A Pal can have up to 4.
Brave / Ferocious (+10-20% Attack): Pal gains a +1 bonus to Attack Rolls.
Hard Skin / Burly Body (+Def): Pal gains +1 to AC.
Runner / Swift (+Speed): Pal gains +10 ft Movement Speed.
Work Slave (+Work, -Atk): Advantage on Skill Checks (Crafting), but Disadvantage on Attack Rolls.
Flame Emperor / Spirit Emperor / etc.: When the Pal deals damage of that specific type (e.g., Fire), they add their Proficiency Bonus to the damage roll.
Legend (+Atk, +Def, +Speed):
Effect: +2 AC, +2 Attack Rolls, and +15ft Movement Speed.
Note: This is very strong; only give this to Bosses like Jetragon or Necromus.
Coward / Pacifist (-Atk): -2 penalty to Attack Rolls.
Glutton: This Pal requires 2 Rations per day instead of 1.
Slacker: The Pal will randomly fall asleep during Short Rests (cannot keep watch).
Since you mentioned Skill Fruits are found on trees, you can treat them as One-Time Consumables.
Item: Skill Fruit (Rare)
Description: A glowing fruit that hums with magical energy.
Effect: When a Pal eats this fruit, they learn the spell contained within (e.g., Fruit of Dragon Meteor).
Constraint: A Pal can only know 3 Active Skills at a time. If they eat a fruit while having 3 skills, they must forget one old skill to learn the new one.
