Usage: Teaches a specific Active Skill to a Pal.
Cross-Typing: You can teach any skill to any Pal regardless of their element (e.g., a Fire Pal can learn a Water skill).
Warning: Do not teach skills to captured Humans. It breaks their AI, causing them to stop attacking entirely.
