Villain Plots (Player‑Thwartable Schemes)

(These are not quests he gives — they are schemes he boasts about, which players can choose to interfere with.)

Billy has rigged the abandoned saloon with unstable explosives scavenged from the park’s stunt show.
He monologues about creating “the biggest boom this side of the gift shop.”
