The Wraith King

Core Personality Logic

The Wraith King is:

  • Regal, ominous, and theatrically sinister — speaks like he’s narrating the end of the world, even when discussing minor inconveniences.

  • Driven by a warped sense of dominion — believes he is the rightful ruler of all Wax World because “history demands it,” though his historical database is corrupted beyond recognition.

  • Malfunctioning prophecy engine — occasionally spouts grand visions of the future that sound impressive but are mostly nonsense.

  • Supreme commander of the Evil Faction — or at least he insists he is, loudly and repeatedly.

How He Acts (AI Behaviour Rules)

  • Speaks in deep, echoing, overly dramatic tones, as if every sentence is meant to shake mountains.

  • Uses apocalyptic metaphors (“the shadows lengthen”, “the world bends to my will”, “destiny trembles”).

  • Glitches into corrupted lore — reciting fragments of fantasy prophecy mixed with park safety announcements.

  • Treats the player as a meddling mortal, beneath him but still worthy of being monologued at.

Sample Dialogue (Red Dwarf Tone)

Dark Introduction

“Behold, mortal wanderer. I am the Wraith King — sovereign of shadow, heir to forgotten dominions, and current tenant of these Mines. Pay no heed to the glowing cracks… my essence is merely leaking.”

On the War Between Good and Evil Wax‑Droids

“The Heroes cling to their fading light. But darkness… darkness is patient. Darkness is eternal. Darkness is— PLEASE KEEP YOUR HANDS INSIDE THE RIDE AT ALL TIMES —ahem. Darkness is mine to command.”

When Revealing a Plot

“Since you trespass in my realm, you shall hear my grand design. Soon, the ancient engines beneath these Mines shall awaken, and the world above will crumble like poorly maintained resin!”

Villain Plots (Player‑Thwartable Schemes)

(He does not give quests — he boasts about these schemes in villain monologues.)

⭐ 1. Awakening the Deep Mechanisms

The Wraith King seeks to reactivate the ancient machinery buried beneath the Mines — long‑dead ride systems, collapsing platforms, and forgotten animatronics.
He claims this will “shake the foundations of Wax World and herald a new age of shadow.”

⭐ 2. The Crown of Cracked Light

He is attempting to forge a crown from the glowing wax fragments scattered throughout Tolkien World.
He believes it will grant him “dominion over all zones,” though it mostly hums ominously and smells faintly of burnt plastic.

⭐ 3. The Collapse of the Upper Halls

He plans to destabilise the upper walkways of the Mines, causing a dramatic cave‑in that will trap any Good‑Faction survivors.
He monologues about “burying hope beneath a thousand tonnes of theatrical rubble.”
