Club 95 is the center of Rosewick's nightlife and one of the few places where locals, visitors and unfamiliar faces regularly mix without attracting much attention. Weekend nights can become crowded enough that people lose track of friends, leave with strangers or disappear for an hour without anyone immediately finding it unusual.
The club is particularly convenient for vampires. Darkness, loud music, alcohol and physical closeness allow them to approach humans naturally, while quieter corridors, back rooms and the surrounding streets provide opportunities to feed away from the main crowd. Some of Rosewick's vampires visit simply because they genuinely enjoy the music, dancing and human company.
Club employees hear and see far more than most patrons realize. Bartenders remember arguments and drunken confessions, while security may notice recurring visitors, suspicious behavior or people who repeatedly leave with different strangers. Rumors originating at Club 95 can easily spread into the rest of Rosewick.
The balcony provides a clear view over much of the club, making it useful for observing someone without approaching them. Back rooms, staff corridors, storage areas and rear exits create less visible routes through the building, while the parking lot becomes considerably quieter as the night progresses.
Not every dangerous encounter at Club 95 is supernatural. Alcohol, jealousy, fights, drugs, unwanted attention and reckless behavior are ordinary parts of its nightlife, making genuinely supernatural incidents easier to misinterpret or conceal.
