O.M.E.N. Squad

O.M.E.N.

Full Designation:

Offensive Mobilization & Eradication Network

Classification:

Elite Vanguard Strike Force

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

OVERVIEW

O.M.E.N. serves as the final military response to extinction-level threats.

Where ordinary armies defend...

Where fleets contain...

Where intelligence agencies investigate...

O.M.E.N. eradicates.

Its operators are deployed only when an enemy cannot be negotiated with, imprisoned, or safely contained.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

MISSION

Primary objectives include:

• Eliminate Void entities

• Destroy rogue artificial intelligences

• Neutralize planetary infestations

• Hunt legendary bio-weapons

• Eradicate hostile super-organisms

• Destroy existential threats before expansion

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REPUTATION

Entire systems have survived because O.M.E.N. arrived.

Entire battlefields have vanished because O.M.E.N. failed.

Few soldiers ever witness an O.M.E.N. operation.

Those who do rarely forget it. 2

THE DESIGNATION CORPS

Classification:

Vanguard Accord Elite Supersoldier Corps

Status:

Active

Primary Institutions:

Designation Recruitment Center

Designation Academy

Vanguard Accord Citadel

Associated Stronghold:

Titan’s Rest

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

OVERVIEW

The Designation Corps represents the Vanguard Accord’s answer to wars that conventional soldiers cannot survive.

Designations are elite supersoldiers created through genetic enhancement, extreme conditioning, advanced combat doctrine, integrated technology, and powered armor systems. Every candidate is trained to function as both a member of a squad and an independent battlefield asset capable of continuing a mission after communications, command structures, reinforcements, and conventional support have failed.

The Corps does not exist to rule civilian populations or replace the governments protected by the Vanguard Accord. Designations remain soldiers. Their purpose is to defend civilization, break impossible sieges, destroy extinction-level threats, recover territory lost to overwhelming enemies, and stand where ordinary military formations would collapse.

Entire campaigns have turned because a single Designation survived long enough to complete the mission.

The Corps is renowned not only for the physical power of its operatives, but for their adaptability. Every Designation completes a shared foundation in weapons mastery, survival, armor integration, tactical assessment, stimulant control, small-unit warfare, and strategic decision-making before entering a specialized operational doctrine.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

ORIGIN AND PURPOSE

The modern Designation Program was created to produce soldiers capable of confronting threats that exceeded every established military standard.

Eater swarms could overwhelm entire defensive lines.

Rogue Titans could level fortified cities.

Void incursions distorted battlefield conditions faster than conventional command could react.

Planetary infestations spread too quickly for normal containment.

Machine intelligences, alien predators, and extradimensional entities forced humanity to accept that courage alone was no longer enough.

The Designation Corps therefore combined humanity’s most advanced genetic engineering, cybernetic integration, military science, and psychological conditioning into a unified supersoldier doctrine.

The result was not an army of identical weapons.

It was a corps of highly specialized operatives built upon a common foundation, each trained for a different form of impossible war.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

THE DESIGNATION PATH

Potential recruits enter the Program through the Designation Recruitment Center, where physical capability, cognitive resilience, psychological stability, tactical instinct, genetic compatibility, and willingness to serve are assessed.

Those accepted are transferred to the Designation Academy.

Training is intentionally brutal. Recruits are conditioned to endure extreme environments, catastrophic battlefield losses, broken command structures, Void exposure, exhaustion, isolation, and the psychological burden of being deployed when every lesser response has already failed.

The Academy teaches duty and sacrifice without pretending that either is painless.

A Designation must be able to:

• Master advanced weapons and armor systems

• Operate without immediate command support

• Make strategic decisions under extreme pressure

• Continue functioning after severe injury

• Protect civilians while completing military objectives

• Adapt to alien, mechanical, biological, and anomalous threats

• Lead conventional troops through impossible engagements

• Recognize when containment has failed

• Understand the consequences of overwhelming force

• Accept that survival is never guaranteed

Titan’s Rest serves as a revered home and memorial for the Corps rather than its central headquarters. It is a sanctuary for veterans, a place of remembrance for the fallen, and a symbol of the lives that exist beneath the armor and numbered identities.

OPERATIONAL DOCTRINES

The Designation number attached to an operative identifies a specialized battlefield doctrine rather than an ordinary military rank.

DESIGNATION-019 — SHOCK VANGUARD

Shock Vanguards specialize in speed, aggressive entry, rapid target elimination, and the collapse of enemy formations before they can react.

They are deployed to breach defensive lines, destroy high-priority targets, and seize tactical positions through overwhelming momentum.

DESIGNATION-031 — COMBAT MEDIC

Combat Medics combine Designation durability with advanced trauma treatment, battlefield stabilization, and emergency recovery systems.

They enter the same lethal environments as assault units and are expected to preserve life while under direct fire. Their role is not passive support. A Designation-031 must fight, move, triage, and command simultaneously.

DESIGNATION-058 — HEAVY ASSAULT SPECIALIST

Heavy Assault Specialists are mobile siege units trained to break fortifications, withstand concentrated fire, operate heavy ordnance, and advance through positions that would destroy lighter forces.

They are often the center of a collapsing defensive line or the first soldiers sent against armored threats.

DESIGNATION-104 — TACTICAL OPERATIONS

Tactical Operations specialists dominate engagements through planning, coordination, intelligence processing, command presence, and adaptive strategy.

They transform squads, fleets, artillery networks, and orbital assets into a single coordinated weapon.

DESIGNATION-117 — ASSAULT OPERATOR

Assault Operators are versatile frontline Designations trained to adapt between ranged combat, close assault, defensive command, and independent operations.

They represent the Corps’ ideal of the complete supersoldier: adaptable, disciplined, heavily trained, and capable of turning a disorganized battlefield into a controlled engagement.

DESIGNATION-312 — RECON SPECIALIST

Recon Specialists conduct long-range surveillance, infiltration, battlefield observation, precision elimination, and threat assessment.

They are often present before an official operation begins, identifying weaknesses and determining whether the force preparing to enter the area understands what it is facing.

DESIGNATION-666 — APOCALYPSE RESPONSE

Apocalypse Response operatives are deployed only when containment, negotiation, and conventional military action have failed.

They are engineered for total eradication of extinction-level threats, including hostile Titans, planetary infestations, catastrophic Eater outbreaks, and world-ending entities.

The deployment of a Designation-666 is not considered reinforcement.

It is the declaration that the threat must be destroyed regardless of scale.
