@Belters are the people born and raised among the asteroids, stations, mining colonies, and industrial settlements of the Belt. Their communities stretch from major population centers such as @City of Ceres Freehold to isolated habitats inhabited by only a few dozen people.
They are not a single nation, culture, or political faction. Each station has its own customs, laws, dialects, and loyalties. What Belters share is an existence shaped by low gravity, limited resources, dangerous labor, and dependence on life-support systems that must never be allowed to fail.
To the governments of @Terra and @Mars, @The Belt is a source of raw materials and strategic territory. To the Belters, it is home.
