Daily life varies sharply by social status.
Wealthy citizens inhabit spacious upper levels, private ecological districts, and restored natural enclaves. Skilled professionals and state employees generally receive reliable housing, education, healthcare, and transportation. Billions of lower-status citizens live in crowded residential sectors where access to clean air, water, medical treatment, and employment depends on public allocation systems.
Outside the protected cities lie flood zones, abandoned industrial regions, contaminated land, and communities that receive only limited government support. Some inhabitants survive through informal economies, salvage operations, or work that the central administration prefers not to acknowledge.
Despite these conditions, @Terra remains culturally vibrant. It is home to countless languages, religions, cuisines, artistic movements, and local identities. Terrans often possess a strong attachment to their planet, even when they resent those who govern it.
