Divination Classes
Classes tend to involve practical and/or written elements and culminate in some kind of exam. Divination Minors must take the two required courses and one Major course. Divination Majors must take all required classes and some electives.
Basic Level (Year 1-2):
Introduction to Divination: A required class covering the basics of Divination magic. A mixture of theory and practice. Includes a written and practical exam.
Required Major/Minor Courses:
Basic Ley Line Sensing: A class focused on feeling and mapping the flow of magical energy in the environment. Includes both practical and written work.

Artifact Identification and Resonance: A course focused on determining the history and function of enchanted items via their magical signatures. Includes both practical and written work.

Required Major Courses:
Elemental Scrying (Water and Fire): A course where mages learn to use common mediums like flames or pools to gain remote visual data. Culminates with a practical exam.

Prophetic Interpretation and Risk Assessment: A course focused on learning to read ambiguous prophecies and determining probability factors. Includes a written exam.
Moderate Skill in Prophecy Interpretation
Insight and Lie Detection: A class focused on magically determining the truth and intent behind verbal claims. Includes practical work and exams.

Divination in High-Magic Environments: Learn techniques to maintain focus and accuracy near Ley Lines or location with historically-heavy magical influences.

Prophecy: Learn the rareness and different effects and impacts of opening the mind to larger visions and the improbability, vagueness, and ways to do such a thing.
