Airships are a type of aerostat (lighter-than-air) aircraft that can navigate through the air flying under its own power. Airships are the largest aircraft in Belldeep and often act similar to sea-based ships in their use. They are used for many things, including mass travel of people from place to place, cargo hauling, and warfare. In war, they can deploy are amounts of heavy weaponry, including bombs, bombardment, and deploying smaller military aircraft like planes. Most airships can reach a maximum speed of 80 to 130 kilometers per hour, while military airships can travel at 100 to 140 kilometers per hour. It's best they remain below a speed of 150, as preassure and air flow can be dangerous for both the passengers and the ship itself.
