The criminal street racing gang from Japan. When the original members migrated from Japan to live in Los Suenos, their only goal was to have fun street races and go on community rides together. This was how things were up until the gangs of Los Suenos started to emerge. The biker crew was then starting to get targeted, and many of them chose simple lives over a life of bikes and races. For the ones that stayed, they knew they had to adapt to the new criminal and gang lifestyle. Not only does Heiwa now run some of the biggest street races in Los Suenos, but they're also a very well-known gang seen with their flashy yellow and black street bikes and controlling most of the Asian district in Los Suenos.
Heiwa's main rivals are @The Raiders, even though they are pretty sheltered off from all the other gangs, they definitely despise the Raiders the most.
Heiwa is also known for its control in the street racing scene, with a lot of the races being fronts for their drug smuggling and trading operation.
They aren't known to be the most violent, but if the time comes, their members will do what they have to.
