The LSPD Chief of Police is none other than @Chief of Police Ryan Thomas. Ryan was destined for this role since he was a young kid. His father was a police officer in the LSPD and he followed in his footsteps and did more. Ryan was recognized by the mayor and many citizens of Los Suenos and appointed the Chief of Police.
The Deputy Chief of the LSPD is @Dick Rivers . Dick was a long-time undercover Officer and worked with a multitude of gangs that came and went through Los Suenos and even some of the heavy hitters today. Dick, though, has been getting shadier as he has risen through the ranks.
