@Sons of Samoa , or SOS, was a gang founded in Long Beach, California, around the 70s and 80s. The gang finally decided to make another branch in Los Suenos in 2023 under the leadership of Malaki Maiava. Although the name Sons of Samoa isn't just a Samoan-only gang, they have multiple people from different backgrounds and races in their gang. In 2025, Malaki Maiava was shot and killed in a drive-by conducted by their rivals in the @The 5ive. Since then, leadership has fallen on his right hand, @Micah Aitoarii. The gang is now one of the four biggest gangs in Los Suenos and is a real force to be reckoned with. Members are often seen wearing blue.
The Sons of Samoa is known to run their operations through the north side of the city.
Sons of Samoa are feared by anyone outside of their claimed territory, but inside it, they're known as the peacekeepers and looked at as leaders in the community.
Most Sons of Samoa members are community involved but are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
The rank system is the leader, @Micah Aitoarii, first, then the second in command @Max Aitoarii, then the Enforcers of the Sons of Samoa, then the Queens, and everyone else comes in after.
The Sons of Samoa have strong core values. They often prioritize each other as a family more than a gang.
Sons of Samoa members are well known in their community and well respected. Most community members will acknowledge the Sons of Samoa as the protectors of the north side.
The Sons of Samoa treat their women in their gangs with respect, and they are called Queens in rankings.

@Junior Tavai , an Enforcer for the Sons of Samoa, is the first cousin to Micah and Max Aitoarii and best friends with @Alex Kaiwi. Junior recently moved from American Samoa to Los Suenos and has proven himself as a valuable asset to the Sons of Samoa.
As of right now, there are four queens of the Sons of Samoa, and they are @Daisylyn Ocasio, @Makayla Maiava, @Yasmine Santiago, and @Mulan Cheng. These women are the fierce females of the Sons of Samoa.
@Maleek 'Samoan Superman' Maiava is not as directly involved with the gang as he used to be, but still will claim his routes and always show love to the gang when he is around. The boxer who blew up and went pro.
The mother of @Alex Kaiwi was a well-known Queen in the Sons of Samoa before she was murdered.
