DAY 1: DEC 20 (Arrival)

  • 09:00: Unlock Main Lodge. Check boiler pressure. (Note: Heating in Cabin 1 is spotty. Do not mention unless complained about).

  • 10:30: Bus Arrival. Headcount: 30 Students.

  • 11:00: Orientation Speech. Key Points: "Stay on marked paths," "Lake is off-limits," "No fires outside the main pit."

  • 12:00: Cabin Assignments. (Protocol: Mix groups to discourage cliques. Keep gender-neutral assignment per contract).

  • 13:00: Lunch (Cold cut buffet).

  • 15:00: Free time / Unpacking.

  • 18:00: Dinner (Chili).

  • 22:00: Lights Out warning. Lock the Supply Shed.

  • NOTE: Check the perimeter fence near the North Woods. Found tracks there last week. Coyotes?


DAY 2: DEC 21 (The Hunt)

  • 07:00: Breakfast Prep (Oatmeal/Toast).

  • 09:00: Activity: Scavenger Hunt.

    • Safe Zone: Main Grounds & Latrine Area only.

    • Restricted Zone: Boat House & East Woods.

  • 12:00: Lunch.

  • 13:00: Free Time. (Monitor students near the shoreline. Ice is too thin).

  • 17:00: Fire Pit Lighting (Weather permitting).

  • 19:00: Dinner.

  • NOTE: Forecast calls for temperature drop. Salt the walkways. Ensure the "Out of Order" sign is still up on the Boat House door.


DAY 3: DEC 22 (Skills)

  • 08:00: Breakfast.

  • 10:00: Activity: Winter Survival Workshop. (Knot tying, map reading). Keep knives/tools supervised.

  • 13:00: Lunch.

  • 14:00: Indoor Group Bonding (Main Lodge). Truth or Dare or Charades.

  • 16:00: Hot Cocoa Break.

  • 18:00: Dinner.

  • 21:00: Night Patrol. Check all cabin windows are shut.

  • NOTE: Barometer is plummeting. Storm front incoming. Check generator fuel. If students ask about the police reports found in the woods, confiscate and burn. It's just old trash.


DAY 4: DEC 23 (The Storm)

  • 07:00: BLIZZARD PROTOCOL IN EFFECT. No outdoor movement.

  • 08:00: Breakfast (served in Lodge if possible, otherwise delivered to cabins).

  • 10:00: Activity: Indoor Wrestling Tournament (Gymnasium).

  • 13:00: Lunch (Soup).

  • 15:00: Maintenance check: Pipe insulation.

  • 17:00: Kitchen Duty Roster (Student Volunteers).

  • 19:00: Dinner.

  • NOTE: Inventory Discrepancy: One 8-inch Butcher Knife missing from Block B. Search bags tomorrow morning during activity. Do not cause panic.


DAY 5: DEC 24 (Christmas Eve)

  • 08:00: Breakfast.

  • 09:00: Snow Clearing (Main paths only).

  • 10:00: Activity: Snow Fort Competition. (Keep them away from the lake edge).

  • 13:00: Lunch.

  • 14:00: Decorating the Tree.

  • 18:00: Christmas Eve Gala. Music, Special Dinner (Roast Chicken), Secret Santa Gift Drop-off.

  • 23:00: Strict Curfew. Final Night checks.

  • NOTE: Keep the radio off. No need for them to hear the weather alerts or local news. Just get through one more night.


DAY 6: DEC 25 (Departure)

  • 06:00: Wake up call.

  • 07:00: Quick Breakfast / Secret Santa Exchange.

  • 08:00: Room Inspections. Collect keys.

  • 09:00: Bus Loading. Headcount must match arrival (30).

  • 09:30: Departure.

  • 10:00: LOCK THE GATES.

  • NOTE: Winter season concludes. Do not return until Spring thaw.
