Sirens (The Rhythmic Weave): For the Choral Sovereigns of the coasts, love is a matter of absolute pitch. They marry by composing a Duet of Oaths. Because a siren's full voice can accidentally boil a bay or charm an entire crowd, they spend years practicing a shared, perfectly metred, whispered harmony. A siren wedding is a sacred choral ritual that locks the surrounding ocean water into a state of flawless, liquid glass for miles around.
