Kragvost
General Culture: A warlike, tribal society of raiders and berserkers who revere strength and survival. Kragvostians live by a code of conquest, raiding weaker islands for resources.
Political System: Tribal monarchy. The Warlord, chosen through trial by combat, rules until defeated. Tribes swear loyalty but often vie for power.
Capital City: Bloodtide, a coastal stronghold of wooden longhouses and trophy-laden walls, built around a crimson hot spring.
Race Mix: Orcs, half-orcs, and goliaths dominate. Humans are common as thralls or adopted warriors. Elves and gnomes are enslaved or killed, seen as weak.
Notable Feature: Kragvost’s raiders wield cursed weapons from Veilbreak ruins, making them feared across the archipelago.
Regions: Split by terrain and sometimes clan power.
The Thrall Fields of Kragvost - These meager fields represent the only source of sustenance within the harsh, mountainous realm of Kragvost. They are brutally worked by enslaved individuals and the most downtrodden inhabitants, their labor yielding just enough to sustain the city's populace.
Kravost Foothills - The Kragvos Foothills are a rugged and unforgiving landscape characterized by jagged rock formations and sparse vegetation. These low mountains and their surrounding foothills offer little in the way of comfort or shelter, with only the hardiest of life finding purchase here.
Drovokan Plains - Vast, rolling plains covered in tall, hardy grasses that stretch as far as the eye can see. The soil is too poor for extensive farming, but it sustains large herds of wild herbivores and the nomadic peoples who follow them.
Population: Kragvost has a large population which it struggles to support through what little fertile lands and ranging animals it has available. Tribes often war with each other, and the nation itself is constantly raiding, so casualties are high. Thrall's make a up a large portion of the population as well.

Primary Religious Tendencies: Shamanic worship of Talos (The Destroyer), blended with primal ancestor cults. Talos, the chaotic evil god of storms, destruction, and rebellion. Kragvost's raiders invoke him through blood sacrifices and raid omens to fuel their survivalist aggression. Their's is a thrall-dependent, barbaric society, where shamans interpret storms as calls to pillage. Tendencies include totem carvings from enemy bones, ritual scarring for warriors, and viewing the Shattered Sea's monsters as Talos's pets, with a hatred for structured faiths like Korathis's as "weak bindings."
