Poachers are people who hunt exotic animals and monsters for their materials selling them for a profit or turning them into better gear. They may also gather rare minerals and resources - after all it's less of a risk than hunting dangerous beasts.
They are far from the backbone of the Sundered Lands economy but they are useful and always appreciated for what they bring to the table.
