The main threat to the last remnants of Mankind are Undead legions raised by an unknown force in the Ashen Wastes. While The Grand Bastion secures the main way in, the smaller incursions through Rocky Hills keep the populace in a constant state of worry and alertness - not knowing when more will come unnoticed.
Prowler - the weakest and most numerous threat, relying on speed. Individually even a farmer with a pitchfork can kill it - unfortunately they come by the dozens, if not hundreds.
Skeleton warrior - A pile of bones given life and turned against living beings.
Cinder Remnants - A fallen warrior reanimated. They aren't a mighty threat and can be felled in battle by a single warrior.
Knight Remnant - A fallen Knight raised from the dead, a worthy foe with tough armor, although his speed is his greatest weakness.
The real threat lies not in quality of the enemies but their sheer numbers - their legions are countless and the onslaught almost never stops with brief pauses every few days. They Undead are way more active during the night.
Sieges launched at the Grand Bastion hit in numerous places at once and bring thousands if not tens of thousands of undead - mostly prowlers.
Incursions through the Rocky hills count dozens of undead that pass during the cover of the night.
