The United Kingdom of Euchronia

A male clemar military officer. 6'8 ft tall and athletic with a face often described as being "somewhere between handsome and beautiful". He has long, slightly curly, and blonde hair, piercing blue eyes, and fair pale skin. He wears a pure white military uniform adorned with imposign shoulder pads, and a long white cape that billows behind him. He wears white gloves, boots, and a golden chestplate over his uniform.

Louis is a complex character, appearing as a rational meritocrat who values capability over tribal origin. However, beneath this facade lies a broken and misanthropic individual, driven by a desire for radical change and willing to sacrifice many for his vision of a unified kingdom. He believed Hythlodaeus' ideals, but has since then put a dark interpretation on it.

Count Louis Guiabern, originally from the Ancient Eldan Sanctum, survived a pogrom that annihilated his family. Disguising himself as a clemar using fake horns, he joined the Euchronian military to gain power and enforce equality through force. His radical methods and ambition led him to become a state army general before being replaced, but his actions have made him a feared figure among allies and enemies alike. None know about his true elda nature.
