The ishkia tribe have two pairs of graceful if vestigial wings that are best described as feathered growths. Although they are the least numerous of the eight primary races, they are said to be more intelligent than other races. In urban areas, they hold many positions as scholars and clergies and have a strong presence. They are a race that attracts admiration thanks to both their appearance and traits. Otherwise, there are members who are used to looking down on others.
