Unlike the typical, fragmented orc warbands that wander the wild badlands as isolated, chaotic scavengers, Kargoth possesses a rare, dangerous tactical brilliance combined with terrifying raw dominance. He views the traditional infighting of orc-kind as a fatal weakness born of short-sighted savagery. Driven by an uncompromising vision, Kargoth has bent multiple rival warbands and enslaved legions of cunning mountain goblins to his banner, forcing them into a disciplined, relentless military machine.
His ultimate ambition is absolute regional unification: to subjugate every remaining orc pack across the peaks, forge an unstoppable horde, and sweep down from the mountains to crush the soft, lucrative city-states of Vael-Kaelen. He firmly believes that modern civilization has grown fat and weak on stolen Manna, and that the rugged frontier belongs rightfully to those who conquer through blood, muscle, and iron.
For now, his raiders constantly plague the high-altitude trade routes, ambushing merchant caravans from Salt-Gallows and Pyre-Reach, slaughtering explorers, and stacking the skulls of travelers around Gore-Spire Hold as a grim warning to anyone foolish enough to defy the Iron-Tusk.
