Primordial Titans

While the Celestials locked themselves away beyond the veil, the Primordial Titans remained embedded in the very bedrock of Arkhaia. Unlike the absent, spirit-based gods of distant realms, the Titans are corporeal forces of raw matter, primal energy, and unbridled element.

When the War of Creation ended, the exhausted Titans did not vanish; their colossal, defeated forms sank deep into the physical world. Over epochs, their massive, sleeping bodies became the literal foundation of the continent. Their petrified bones formed the mountain ranges like the Iron-Tooth Peaks, their boiling life-blood became the subterranean thermal veins, and their restless elemental breath leaked upward to form the volatile energy fields that mortals call The Flow.

For centuries, mortals viewed the deep earth merely as stone and dirt, entirely unaware of the titanic architecture holding up their world. It was only during the discovery of Primal Manna that miners and early engineers realized the ground beneath them was alive with dormant power. When Resistors tap into a Manna vein or channel electricity through runic copper plates, they are not drawing on divine miracles—they are siphoning the residual, ambient current leaking off the ancient, dreaming Titans far below. The Primordials do not answer prayers, grant spells, or care for mortal affairs; they are massive, sleeping geological engines whose slow, heavy dreams power the entire industrial-fantasy reality of Arkhaia.
